Basically I build up thorium for a while manually, then run the thorium reactors for a while (you can toggle them on or off) while shutting off a lot of other things in order to run a few more containment chambers and try and get the next level of antimatter. Blue Sky Ore adds a new type of ore that changes depending on the current weather and time of day.
